I wasn’t always this good.

When I misbehaved as a kid, my parents sent me to my room to write stories.

As punishment.

I was bad a lot. But I got good at words.

This resulted in me skipping ahead several grades in school, winning some writing competitions, and scoring scholarship money to attend Journalism School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

From there I began an award-winning career as an advertising copywriter. After nearly two decades of writing for magazines, websites, TV, film, radio, newspapers, products, brands, and more, it’s safe to say I’ve got more than 10,000 hours under my belt.

So, it’s hard to pick just a few samples. Depending on what you’re looking for, I may be able to share examples of writing that matches your project or publication.

For now, take a look at some of these, and if you need more, drop me a line.
