Our refund policy for portfolio reviews lasts a lifetime. And by “lifetime” we mean Eran Thomson’s lifetime, not yours. If Eran’s lifetime has passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your portfolio must be in the same condition as when Eran first reviewed it. Any changes will void the Whisky Guarantee.
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days – minus the cost of a good bottle of whisky or tequila.
We will provide a receipt with your refund. The definition of “good” is entirely up to Eran Thomson.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If the portfolio item was marked as a gift no refunds will be given.
